Don't let a good crisis go to waste.

War is a crisis. WW2 transformed the world. Nuclear bombs make war too difficult to control - too unpredictabe and destructive. Some other crisis is needed - one that can be better controlled. How about an Economic Crisis? ... or a Climate Crisis? ... or ... World Health Crisis?

If government can manage to limit healthcare for The Public Interest why can't it regulate other areas if society?
