Politics As Usual
- is it -
? Cooperation or Exploitation?

"A government's legitimacy and moral right to use state power is only justified and lawful when consented to by the people."

GuyFawkes
(source unknown)

Government makes laws. These prohibit and limit choices for some people and make you obey someone else’s choices. It’s like being told where to sit on the bus. Laws make you do things you would not want to do if you were free. Laws steal choices. What is more valuable than choice?

What do you have when you have no choice?

Only 8 percent of people say they had trust in the political institution. That means most question and reject the laws promulgated by those institutions. So, ironically, too many unwanted laws lead to anarchy as consent dissipates. The key is to determine the tipping point when The Social Contract collapses because enough individuals are compelled to act against The Law. Increasing numbers of people have reached their Tipping Point. If you agree government has lost its legitimacy, you are not alone.

The American Revolution was such a tipping point. Thomas Jefferson and James Madison first formalized the principles of nullification (click here for more). The Constitution was written to nullify tyranny and codify liberty. It did this by enumerating specific limited government functions, leaving all others to the states and individuls.

Unfortunately, nothing is permnent. Times, politics and ideals have changed. Liberty is under attack. The nation's fundamental doctrine is under threat. Congress and the courts have nullified the Constitution and liberty. So have presidents (see the lamentable absence of the rule of law in government today here). President Biden nullified the Supreme Court...months after the Supreme Court voted that Biden's student loan relief is illegal the Biden administration forgave another $1.2 billion in student debt for nearly 153,000 borrowers (see here). Activist federal judges attempt to nullify the executive branch with hectoring writs against legitimate actions they don't like (see here for more). An assault on the Constitution is being led by law professors who have lost their faith in the defining principles and institutions of our Republic. (see here and here). Do you consent? It may come down to a basic decision: resist or submit

In a speech on July 6, 2017, U.S. President Donald J. Trump said,   "The fundamental question of our time is whether the West has the will to survive. Do we have the confidence in our values to defend them at any cost? ... Do we have the desire and the courage to preserve our civilization in the face of those who would subvert and destroy it?"

In a republic We, the People, are ultimately responsible for government. We elected representatives to nullify the Constitution. This means WE nullified the Constitution … or we allowed it to happen. We nullified the basic law to keep us from being ruled ... and replaced it with thousands of rules. WE nullified liberty. Voluntary cooperation became legislated exloitation. In order to "save democracy" ... democracy itself has been nullified in our institutions of power (see here for one example).

So it was us, We the People. "We all have a part to play in this historic episode in our nation’s history. If not us, then who? As darkness descends upon our land of liberty, it’s time to light a candle and make a stand against evil and tyranny." (see here) So ... DO SOMETHING! Nullify past mistakes. Nullify forced obedience.

"All laws which are repugnant to the Constitution are null and void." Marbury vs. Madison, 5 US (2 Cranch) 137, 174, 176, (1803)

"Nullify everything. Nullify the court cases. Nullify the laws. Nullify everything the government does that flies in the face of the Constitution.

It’s time to rein in our runaway government, reclaim our freedoms, and restore justice in America." (more here)

We, the People, must restore liberty.

A warning from an insider: "There will be no fixing Washington from within. It will keep getting worse until the whole system crashes or the public recognizes what’s really going on and forces change from the outside." (more here) "...our Republic has degenerated into a corporate fascist totalitarian state where the spoils have been shared by the privileged few..." (more here) " Now is the time to remove them and their institutions from our society. If we don’t accomplish this task soon our children and their children will live in a world controlled by a faceless bureaucratic mafia immune to all accountability; driving each new generation into perpetual poverty and oppression." (more here)

The country has governed itself to bankruptcy, decline & division. The governed are rapidly withdrawing consent. Maybe we need *less* governing and fewer laws. There is a political party that seeks to achieve this.

"There are people out there who aren’t leaders, but also aren’t doormats either. They are, like you, without hope.
...They are looking for someone to provide the direction, the activation energy, to see some hope. Calling them sheep is to say they are irredeemable." ( click here for more)

Either individualy, or with others, undertake non-violent acts of civil disobedience. Resistance has precedent. Some historical examples are found here. A counter-revolution is already forming in America. (source) It needs to be helped along. It took the richest man in the world to begin dismantling the censorship-industrial complex. (see here for more) Another recent inspirational example has French farmers dump manure on government buildings to protest climate hysterias. See a FB clip of Londoner nullifying a surveilance camera here.

Is the only solution... Arrest them all?

A new national holiday to honor peaceful protests against unwanted government is needed. Why not ? ...

Perhaps Ashli Babbitt will become the face of such a holiday.

Czarist Russia became the USSR violently and changed back to Russia peacefully. Which kind of Tipping Point do you prefer?

"I see the liberty of the individual ... as the necessary condition for the flowering of all the other goods that mankind cherishes: moral virtue, civilization, the arts and sciences, economic prosperity. Out of liberty, then, stem the glories of civilized life.” Murray Rothbard
