Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE)

Upon re-election President Trump created the Department of Government Efficiency to make government more transparent, efficient and less costly as sumarized here. Its website is https://www.doge.gov A 'DOGE Clock' of savings is here.

"The DOGE has uncovered a government racketeering operation of which the USAID scandal is but one cog in a colossal engine of grift." (see here) 

One notorious example being examined is the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). Its benign and benevolent name hides the real reason for its creation. Contrary to mainstream depictions of the agency as a provider of philanthropic assistance for soup kitchens and health clinics, USAID is a tool of Deep State foreign policy used to exert influence in other countries under the guise of humanitarian aid. USAID was basically a vehicle for global ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance; a meaningless acronym designed to hide a program for global socialism) and it was spending incredible sums of money to spread woke propaganda into every facet of our society. Some of its funding decisions have come into controversy. Many questionable examples have been found:

• Why has USAID pushed nearly half a billion dollars ($472.6m) through a secretive US government financed NGO, “Internews Network”? (source)
• Why did Chelsea Clinton receive $84 million in taxpayer funding? (source)
• Why was USAID funding COVID gain of function (bio-warfare) research? (source)
• Why does USAID partner with Soros to fund radical left-wing activists? (source)
• Why did it issued a $24.7 million grant to the Black Lives Matter movement in 2020? (source)
• Why does it fund globalist organizations like the World Economic Forum? (source)
• Hollywood elites like Rob Reiner took USAID funds to push anti-Trump propaganda. ( source )
• Why spend $500,000 for electronic voting machines in foreign countries? ( source )
• Why was $697 million in foreign aid steered through USAID to Boko Haram, ISIS, and al-Qaeda? (source)
• From years working for and in partnership with USAID on numerous projects in the Horn of Africa, I know firsthand that this ineffective system willfully ignores billions of dollars of waste, fraud and abuse by a self-serving and politicized aid industrial complex. (source)

Congress has legislated and mandated most of the spending. Trump can’t eliminate them. Congress has to abolish these programs and agencies. All DOGE can do is make recommendations. (click here for more)
