Contol Boards

Democracies can fail. (Click here for more) As the great philosopher Lord Woodhouse once wrote: " A democracy cannot exist as a permanent form of government. It can only exist until the voters discover they can vote themselves largesse from the public treasury. From that moment on, the majority always votes for the candidates promising the most benefits from the public treasury, with the result that a democracy always collapses over loose fiscal policy." (Click here for more) When this happens 'control boards' are appointed . These control entities go by different names but are formed to prevent debt default and protect creditors. They oversee and must approve spending plans made by democratically elected government officials. Effectively democracy no longer applies. It has been 'supplanted'. (See Administrative State)

Examples include:

Municipalities like NYC , Detroit; Jefferson County, Alabama; Stockton, California; and Central Falls, Rhode Island.

School Districts

Public Authorities

States

The territory of Puerto Rico

The Federal Reserve bank is this country's Control Board. It's real mandate is not inflation and employment, but making sure the creditor banks do not fail. (click here for more) It has been creating massive amounts of money to bail out the country, states, and (via Congressional fiscal policy) businesses and we, the people.

Similar controlls are implemented in other countries around the world as well. The European Central Bank, for examle, controlls spending in Greece, Italy, Spain & others. (click here for more)

There is a serious effort to reset governing at a global level.

Barbados Prime Minister Mia Mottley (like many globalists) advocated for re-imagining the role of the World Bank and International Monetary Fund in an era of climate dangers. She argues: “What is required of us now is absolute transformation and not reform of our institutions…” (more here)

"Control the money, control the people. Break the money, break the people." (Click here for more)

"I see the liberty of the individual ... as the necessary condition for the flowering of all the other goods that mankind cherishes: moral virtue, civilization, the arts and sciences, economic prosperity. Out of liberty, then, stem the glories of civilized life.” Murray Rothbard
